I should also add that the AI program is owned/operated by an outside organization and that eventually as the nurses/unit secretaries are trained on the floors how to get the outside documents into the system that the remaining RCM employees will not be needed for these roles. I expect they have until December as this is when our network have historically done any previous layoffs.
