@i_dream_of_memes As someone who wrenched for a living, I can truthfully say that tools make a huge difference. Bad ones cost time, flesh and ruined parts. Some didn't physically fit. Same for parts. A good mechanic knows when the tool is un-fit and alters procedures and overall strategies. Cheap tools become special application tools via torch and grinder b/c that's all they're good for. I never modded a quality tool that was already good at its job. Some highly-touted devices never measured up, being inherently clunky or more finicky for results than was worth the effort. Sound familiar?
I chose my tools. I'm thus far declining Windows 11. It appears, upon reading these comments, that IT workers are not given choice about A.I. product "tools".
