It's called using a reference but Ai isn't using a reference of arts on the Internet. They collected pieces by pieces, that is called "data" without the consent of the artists that their arts have been all mixed to create a final result that's how ai generated their "art"...
Plus it's using a lot of electricity and water to make those robots working.
