Bc in today's debt-based economy all it takes is for a few pieces to be automated and the whole tower collapses. So it won't takes long.
And so AI doesnt need to be smarter than humans to have a disruptive effect on the global system. THATS THE WHOLE POINT. Some ppl underestimate the impact of AI on the entire world bc they say it doesn't automate all jobs. But not all jobs need to be automated lol. AI (and robotics soon) just needs to do it well at a lower cost than humans, without need to achieve AGI or 100% automation. Even a 15-30% reduction in the workforce in key sectors is enough, and the entire system will have to be changed to avoid collapse🤷♂️ So new social contract and a new wealth redistribution no longer based human jobs will be neeeded soon finally
