La blockchain est encore un OVNI technologique pour la plupart des gens, en France, on découvre le BTC depuis que BFM en parle.
La décentralisation de l'information et même des décisions est un précepte tellement différent de ceux qui existent, qu'il demande, et il faut l'admettre, un minimum d'effort et/ou d'ouverture d'esprit pour en comprendre les tenants et aboutissants.
Quand toute information/décision public ne sera plus détenue/exécutée par une seule personne/entité mais par tous, la vraie démocratie sera née.
