As someone who has used AI to generate genuinely amazing art: it takes no effort or skill. You just describe what you want, and tweak details in the description along the way to make it closer to what you envisioned
The only thing it takes is a modecum of creativity to envision what you want the final product to look like. But imagining images comes bundled with your consciousness, so it's not all that impressive
