@MartinChibanda elected officials don't do voters' bidding unless they want to be RE-elected. My example with a tax collection agency is just one and honestly they already have supercomputers doing most of that work already. China has a social credit system that would benefit more from AI, I just wanted to speak more generally about necessary state control such as tax collection, rather than a blacklist which is unconscionable in North America (unless you count the NSA, CIA, FBI, etc).
