Even the healthcare letter example, job lost "person that responds to letter"...jobs created, person that sold the capability, person that maintains the licensing aggreement, person that designed the program, person that installed it, person that designed and sold the storage that it runs on, person that used a backhoe to dig that footer, person that assembled the backhoe, person that forged the metal for the treads on the backhoe, project manager for the data center that hosts the server, security worker onprem at the data center, watercooling company the installed the cooling technology, engineer that designed the cooling technology....etc etc. etc. When a new technology like this hits the market, jobs just shift, they always have and always will. In 1910 there was another pompus scientist that said "the automobile is going to eliminate so many jobs" not even thinking of the possibilities 100 years from then where people are designing autonomous vehicles.
