AI isn't plagiarizing art. It is creating new art. The original art was just used to teach the AI how to do art, just like any aspiring artist will study other artists to develop their talent.
There is also nothing unethical about using AI generated art. At one time people used to do calculations by hand. They were the original computers. Then we figured out how to automate that work. Is using a Excel spreadsheet instead of humans unethical? AI generated art is the exact same thing.
