Genetics limit the number of possible faces that can ever exist, people have look-alikes. Is it sexual assault if two people look identical and one stars in a porno? I agree, calling deepfakes by themselves sexual assault is absurd, it's the people reacting to the fakes that are doing the harm of harassment, when it's not even the actual person, just an AI-generated similar appearance no different from a lookalike.
