@ninjakateka because the database used copies instead of creates ai cant innovate, and misses the small, nearly imperceptible difference the resuIt in art feeling right
an ai would not be able to create a salvador dali or picaso withouth their existance. if you care about real and effective art then you dont want ai art to be the normal. i dont fight against the concept of ai generated images, but the concept of ai art. and also the idea of "efficiency is the ultimate goal" because thats how we got most people working minimum wages.
