you're taking context out of it. He's not commenting on the harms of AI and why people are condemning it. He's talking about its surge in popularity and the fear it causes IN CONTEXT of taking your jobs. I wish Neil haters could think critically and not just jump at the first thing they could think of. I watched the interview too. Colbert then changed the topic to how AI is trained, and once the CONTEXT of the conversation changed, NDT highlighted how he is (and always has been) creeped out in regard to how they're trained.
