@JustherefortheLOLZ I'm talking about Tech company owners who are asked about responsible AI policy. When they are asked about how AI will affect the economy and jobs, they have to come up with some sort of reasoning or plan for why it would be OK to suddenly unemploy thousands of people, and a lot of them say either UBI or some sort of corporate AI/Automation tax, which would be used to fund a UBI plan. Andrew Yang used to talk about it all the time.
