Ai is stealing the jobs of artists, whether they make music, drawings, paintings, photographs, stories, or poetry. Art in itself isn’t always made to look pretty, it’s meant to express emotion, to tell a story that is original to the creator. Ai, of course, doesn’t have emotion, nor does it create new and original content. Ai uses other artists’ creations without their consent or knowledge. Not only that, but ai is terrible for the economy and environment. Just chatGPT uses about 30-40 million gallons of water a day just to operate. LEARN HOW TO DRAW. That is how you get a skill, not by resorting to using capitalistic companies to get an image.
