Believing that machines have no bias is literally a bias itself.
These neural networks are run on training data. If the training data disproportionally over-represents something the machine will have a bias towards that one thing. Algorithmic bias is a massive subject that has been studied for years, what really speaks volumes is that someone like you, who has no knowledge in this field, can tell engineers what to do and how to act.
