The degree to which AI can fully replace human utility is also the degree to which AI becomes so useful that we transition to a "post-wealth" society where are no practical limits on the extraction and refinement of resources and thus nobody ever goes without.
I can understand in our current cynical culture that this future is hard to imagine but you have to put yourself in the mindset of a society where you have zero labor cost input for virtually everything.
The economics of that scenario are mind boggling.
