Maybe it's time to get Asimov's old books out of the attic again and read them again after decades. My AI especially loves the short stories.
Asimov's robot laws had something captivating about their simplicity and comprehensibility. And while they may not fit 100%, they would be a good start. Since they are so simple, they can also be hardcoded into any chip-powered device, whether it's an electric razor, a self-driving car (hello Elon wink wink), or even an atomic bomb.
Just imagine, the little boy (edit: who is a fat man now) from North Korea builds a new atomic bomb and it has to obey Asimov's robot laws. I would piss myself laughing!
