AI is regardless completely wrong no matter the circumstances. It is an infinite data scraping, water-guzzling, noisy, carbon-spewing theft machine that chronically lies, links back to dubious sources, engages with you via sycophantic ego inflation, and its end goal is to automate the creative process to turn you from creator to consumer and only consumer.
Contextually, sure, it would be better if corpos were open about it. It'd be better if people who used it didn't just yank the first output they see, and spent time editing, collaging, re-generating pieces, and putting together an image based on a variety of outputs that matches their vision. That's an artistic process.
It's just a shame that, at its core, it would be the fruit of an infinite data scraping, water-guzzling, noisy, carbon-spewing theft machine that chronically lies, links back to dubious sources, engages with you via sycophantic ego inflation, and whose end goal is the automation of creative processes to turn you from creator to consumer.
