There is no evidence, it'll achieve consciousness or free will in the way humans have. Imo, it may appear so on the first, and it will be mistaken for the second, but it's "artificial". As a result, it should not be given access to systems that could harm humans unless its limits have been thoroughly tested. Human's have already shown more misuse of ai and potential for harm to other humans because of carelessness and use of ai for money.
