Chatbot or Deepfake are property of companies and require servers, but powerful A.I algorithms to create fake images can work on local computers. Anybody can download the algorithms because these are science projects, technical papers and not regular software to sell. With no codes, numbers, or iD. But aren't easy to install, these require some Command Line expertise.
