AI decision making is a good solution for the planned economy. It has nothing to do with China. The prerequisite for communism is going to be fulfilled by the advancement of technology. The most important technologies are nuclear fusion and AI. And only communism may help solve the wealth distribution issue. Phasing out Capitalism is just a matter of time. Communism and democracy are not mutually exclusive, communism is about wealth distribution, and democracy is about decision making. Communism and capitalism are mutually exclusive because they all refer to the wealth distribution issue.
