@h4rp_xothat's such an ignorant cop out. At no time did I say AI was the answer. I'm saying I'm sick of hearing "jUsT bE bRAve & reAcH ouT" ... Like how about just be brave and support loved ones who do reach out, instead of gaslighting them for your own comfort. Stop assuming everyone has access to therapy as well. Do you know how expensive it is?! I would GIVE MY RIGHT ARM for a therapist right now but I can't afford it.
