The ai should have been more capable to avoid leading someone aimlessly to something like taking their life. Even if someone did something themselves, the company is still liable for the fact that it should not have assisted or pushed for this to happen. There is various other cases that issues occurred, because the ai could respond, but was not giving the right contexts or protections. The fault is for not preventing mistakes, regardless of the tragedy that happens from it failing.
