When i worked there it was 12 hours actually. With about an hours worth of breaks, obviously split up to be every 4 hours. Now the shift is 10 hours/4 days, with the 12 hour/3 day shift being gone completely.
Also the caption is missing but the robot worked a full 10 hours without breaks so I'd say it's a nice effort compared to how the people worked when i was there. Fookers just sat on the stations on their phones.
