This is one of those situations that need a clarification, instead of being shoved into a racial bias type of narrative - let’s be honest, though, in acknowledging that the purpose of the report was to ascertain the automatic reproduction of biased patterns through algorithms, and that’s pretty much settled, as computer technology is merely reproductive and wasn’t created to address such problems…
