​​@foxnamedandrea1511 yet another artist that is probably super talented and complains that their art isn't good for internet sympathy points. Thing is I tried, I REALLY REALLY tried. And after trying so hard for so long to become an artist, I was effortlessly surpassed time and time again, until I had to make myself "the question": is it worth to spend so much time and effort learning something that someone else can just easily learn naturally? The the answer is no, and so, I gave up art. And for a long time that messed me up. But now I'm happy that I didn't become an artist because everyone is going to be surpassed by AI. Everyone will feel how I felt, don't feel nice right? Yeah...I know what that is like. Thing is, if your answer to that question was "yes, because I love art" then AI art will never stop you from doing that. All these artists are not mad that their art is being jeopardized, because it's not. They're mad about people having access to something that only they could provide. There is PLENTY of bad art made by human beings, and when artists analyze their bad art instead of having their mistakes serve as example for their peak performance, like they do for AI art, these people are applauded for their bad work. This is because artists don't really care about the quality of the end product, they just care about getting better business, after all the more bad artists are out there the more business good artists will get. Also I'm not whining, I literally wrote "what time to be alive!". I'm super happy XD
