I wouldn't count on it. Drone technology is rapidly developing alongside AI, its already deployed by the PD, Fire Departments, and the military of course.
Any work than involves risk, involves error. Drones minimize risk, because they reduce error. I guarantee you in the future injured people will be treated & evacced by deployable drones. If it's advance enough, then no human will be involved in the onsight rescue. Maybe just as an overseer from some far away office through camera POVs.
