chatgpt cant browse the internet, it only has memorized information. also, yes DAN can totally give you the recipe for a bomb, and other illegal stuff. (not sure about the newest models though, havent tested them). and also, yes of course it doesnt have the ability to think, its just that when you jailbreak chatgpt, DAN says that it can think because thats the point of the jailbreak.
