Also, from a quick Google search, Tesla still has the largest share of crashes involving autonomous/ADAS system, which again stems from them having the largest share of equipped vehicles on the road. It's not fair to give exclusive attention to Tesla on this matter, but the NHTSA likes to thoroughly document and investigate on every crash of this kind, and because Tesla is talked about the most in the media, that's what a lot of reporting will be on.
