@cqmorrell First, the originator of this supposed story says "the full details of the incident, which took place in Libya, haven’t been released and it is unclear if there were any casualties", and second, even if it did happen at all, it's hardly unique. Guided missiles are equally as "autonomous" and we've had them since the 1950s. Same thing for land mines, which are not only autonomous but indiscriminate.
