@Doodenx , no, the idea of stable diffusion is to produce original works tailored to a text prompt. If it was retrieving existing images tailored to a prompt, that would just be Google Image Search. That is nothing new.
It has an img2img mode where someone can load in a image and have the AI kinda morph or filter it, but that is the user stealing the image beforehand, not Stability AI stealing it. It is the same as Instagram filters in that respect.
