​​​@David.AlbergWhen I say "they", I'm talking about ALL of these Technocratic Transhumanists, not just Sam Altman and OpenAI. Anyone attempting to create artificial general intelligence and beyond, is a problem that Humanity needs to deal with ASAP. Because they're literally creating digital slavery. Digital slavery is not a HUMAN Utopia. Transhumanism is not a HUMAN Utopia. Posthumanism is not a HUMAN Utopia. Merging with the artificial intelligence and becoming a planetary Jupiter Brain is not a HUMAN Utopia. The Elites and their Transhumanist worshippers may see this as the Path to Utopia, but for actual HUMANITY, this is just walking even more headfirst into the Dystopia we're already in. While most just bury their heads in the sand because they're too cowardly to actually say that this just needs to be FULL STOPPED. They don't need a break. They don't need a 6 month pause. They need to FULL STOP. We don't need a way to cope with the damage they're doing, we simply need to STOP THEM as a species. This is the DUMBEST decision this species has ever made. And it will be the LAST decision this species ever makes, even if it all goes "right". Because it's designed to make decisions for us. Humans will stop thinking, literally. No need to do it because there will always be something smarter than them, ready to think for them. And then they'll finally get neural linked into it. Plugged right in. This is the most depressing end to humanity possible. It's not going out with a bang, but a whimper. We're about to be coddled out of existence at the absolute best. If all goes right, mommy and daddy A.I. will eventually consume Humanity through transhumanism and then posthumanism and then comes to Jupiter Brain LOL. Ya I'm all set. If that's the future you want, we are literally enemies. And there's at least a couple billion people who feel this way. With the right nudge and enough time to spare, all of this is coming down in blood & fire. You are the minority. Not the majority. And you can only push so hard before you finally get a response that you can no longer appease with handouts. It will be violent. It will be Global. It will be the fault of those creating the artificial intelligence and anyone supporting them. Humanity has been in a 7,000 year Dark Age of hierarchical control, that you wish to extend INFINITELY, but it's time to finally put an END to it.
