Unfortunately, a lot of people don't understand that. I graduated in 2012. I remember telling people I'm an artist and them being excited. But when they'd ask the medium and I said it was digital, they didn't understand what I meant.
So when I'd tell them I'd draw on the computer, their face would turn sour and they'd be like, "Oh...so the computer does it for you?" This shit pissed me off so much, but some people actually don't know.
That said, these AI bros don't have an excuse not to know the difference. They're so desperate to call themselves real artists🙄. They're have some idea of the programs artists use and how they use them
