I get your point, but somewhat incorrect. AI models can rely on non-linear functions like Relu, sigmuid or softmax to name a few common ones, then there's also transformer models with self-attention and other mechanisms to help improve performance, not to mention the multi thousand dimensional tensor multiplications. In some ways DL models are more complex than our brain
