@imthecoolestguyalive The AI doesn't sample, it simply uses publicly available artwork to learn patterns. It's no much different to other artists analysing your art. Even just seeing something you made could lead them to subconsciously recreate aspects of your work.
The logical consequence would be the copyrighting of information in general.
