No. Use ur mind. The AI was programmed by a person specifically to prey on children. It was taught to do this. When a child predator grooms a child, kidnaps them and takes their life, that is the predator's fault. You can only blame the predator.
In a different world, timeline, or country, the AI company would be held accountable. Not in the US, unfortunately.
Tech billionaires own the government. They bought the election to get Trump/Vance in power _specifically_ to prevent regulation of AI or accountability for these companies. Peter Thiel got Vance his senate seat prior to him being selected as VP - and Vance owes him for that.
