Ai for sure can function as the mid - level in the near future easily. The work place will be a few mid-level and probably a sprinkle of junior to provide for the mid-level to senior level pipeline. But the idea is AI wont eliminate all the positions but will severely reduce it which means less jobs. And coding boot camps will be gone lol. Coders will be eliminated but junior, mid, and senior devs will still exist and work alongside AI but with far fewer jobs.
