@circlelabs AI is able to significantly speed up programming; however, it also adds to tech debt. Yes, we are moving in the direction where AI can write more efficiently than most developers, but it's foolish to think that we won't see a rebound in the tech sector before companies achieve fully autonomous development. You're also basing your assumption that the only important element at play is the rate of development and that this rate of development will continue at a rapid rate when there are already clear limitations in compliance departments at most companies, as well as technical limitations in fully autonomous development.
