The cost of basic goods will become a bit cheaper but jobs won't be available and paychecks will drop way more than living costs. Even if they gave you food and housing for free, the cost is any possibility of you becoming anything, if you have no money then it's like paralysis, this is the future dystopia, you sacrifice the fact and feeling of looking across the horizon thinking of life's possibilities, because there will be no possibilities. But a robot will bring you a tray of free food twice a day!
