Irrelevant. This has nothing to do with art style. It is about corporations using your art to train a program that only exists to replace you.

Why would that be the case? Humans are not mindless programs who only copy patterns in the data. We are sapient entities with emotions, subjective experiences, the ability to understand underlining rules, to deviate from patterns, and to make choices.
So why should any legal limitation on neural networks apply to us?
