I advice mine to do something with their hands: garbage cleaning, plumbing, electrician. Academia is now being automated which I see in our research but trade jobs will be a thing until 2035 because the resistance will be much stronger. Hand workers are often more confident and energetic, they will not tolerate robots everywhere, that’s why there is hope your kids can work as tradespeople
