The masses can create art already, and have been doing so for all of time. AI isn't making anything more "accessible" than it already is. Maybe if you left your narrow-minded view of the "traditional art market" you'd understand that art isn't about million-dollar paintings made for rich people. Art is all around us, created by ordinary people. You don't need AI to make art; just pick up a pencil and start drawing.
