@testerwulf3357I have commissioned all kinds of art pieces of various mediums and spent 1,000’s of dollars on them. It feels great to support real artists like that. But let’s be real, most people don’t have that kind of money. With ai you can get a far higher quality image for much cheaper, you can iterate hundreds of images for a level of specificity that would not be possible with a commission, and it will take you minutes to hours instead of days to weeks.
If you want this specific idea in this specific style, it’s not fair to say you could get the same thing from a commission that you do from Ai… you’ll get something close to your idea in that artists style.
You’re right that it’s not your art. At most it can be said that it was your idea.
