@blackvulture7999 it's funny, one of the first things i tried asking chatgpt was what the purpose of ai was. i kept repeating that it can't name a single reason WHY we actually need it and that it just makes things worse. more intense competition etc. p.p.
it didn't have a proper answer. people also don't.
i started thinking this hype is a sign of death drive. freud used this term to describe a state in which an individual prefers to end its suffering and subconsciously kills itself slowly.
in any case: sane people will always say "what for?", not find an answer and avoid it.
