These programs learn nothing like a human. At all. They are just mindless algorithms that scan for patterns in the data, and then generate something to fit the data, with zero understanding of the underlining rules, and zero ability to deviate from the patterns. They also lack emotions, subjective experiences, and the ability to make choices, which means they lack anything that should give them human rights.
