Most of the software described is AI. Computer vision is AI. We just have a tendency to shift the goalposts over time. What starts as "AI" becomes "ML" once its easy to do, and once it works at scale and is an accepted thing that computers do, it just becomes routine software. CV that the Post Office uses to read addresses was once cutting-edge AI and is now just regarded as common software.
Anyway, long way to say that LLMs and other gigantic models are not all what AI is, it includes more routine applications like object detection etc.
