This! Good on you for looking past the catchwords David. Although there is much that is valuable and groundbreaking in the current wave of AI, it is dangerous to use it as a catchall term, possibly encouraging decisionmakers to make uninformed choices. AI by itself will not address your problems unless it is used in a decisionmaking framework and with informed people using it.
