@adrenobearThe precedent you're referring to is about cctv. Do you know what the first two letters of that acronym mean? Closed circuit. This is not that. These are cameras in a vast, state wide network, storing data in central databases to be queried with the use of AI.
You are stuck in the eighties. If a random officer in a county on the other side of the US can see where you got your breakfast, what your political affiliations are and who you're dating with one little AI prompt that gets triggered every day by a cron job, it's no longer just a camera recording to a VCR tape that's only accessible with a warrant.
