@zackarydev no. Mr stranger is correct. Think of it this way. Think of a t-shirt. Statistically you're likely to picture a plain white t-shirt. Most people do. Its a classic. What Google are doing is biasing the machine learning algorithms to ignore this and suggest that a tie-dye wolf print is a representative image of a t-shirt.
The results of the machine learning are now more likely to suggest or include an image of "t-shirt" that people recognise but not the image people are most familiar with (ie plain white T).
This is claimed to be "un-biasing" the system. What is actually is is biasing the system towards the bias of the person or people crating the code. Its interfering withe the process of machine learning tho skew results towards the preferences of an individual and away from the preferences of the majority of people in the web.
