@naraku971 Highly doubt it, they already have VERY minimal users that even pay for their CORE memberships. compared to the early 2010's and 2000's the userbase on DA has reached a dramatic low. I dont think they even have the money to get the lawyers to fight off lawsuits as they have bigger artists like RJ Palmer and Lauren Faust who have both worked for big media and possibly have a lot more money to spare fighting them in a law suit then they do. The Ai attempt was their way of trying to get MORE money by making people buy core to use the AI but clearly that backfired and even if AI junkies join the site and use it they'll get bored eventually and leave. Disney also is in a bad spot now a days with people learning about their corrupt practices like filming on Chinese concentration camps for Mulan and making race a bait to watch their new movies. tldr; their already hurting for money and considering disney's current position with people not buying their crap anymore, not a safe comparison. If DA gets a lawsuit their going to lose almost immediately as there is too much evidence leaning in the artists/users favor.
